Child Care And Youth Empowerment Foundation (CCAYEF) celebrated 10 years of service in Uganda and this week they have had several activities beginning with a Marathon on Monday 23rd, health camp, football competition between staff and their clients among others. The celebrations ended yesterday 25th October at Kyagwe Ssaza grounds where more than 300 Adolescent Girls and Young Women from Mukono Central Division were passed out after being trained in various vocational skills. The main functions were graced by chief guest the minister for Gender and Social Development who was represented by Mr Monda Kyateka the commissioner for Children and Youth Affairs.
They thanks all their partners and clients for being with them in this journey of 10 years.

Mukono District NGO Forum (MUDINFO) organized an exhibition in October from 18th -20th October 2018 at Mukono District Headquarters. The exhibition was one of its kind to be organized in Mukono District and aimed at achieving the objectives below.
-To show various activities done by various member organizations.
-To raise resources towards MUDINFO strategic developments like MUDINFO Headquarters.
-To showcase the various activities done by other organizations.
-Increase visibility of MUDINFO and its member Organizations as well as provide a common platform for networking.
The exhibition ran concurrently with a Health Camp from 15th up to 20th October, 2018. The Health Camp was led by: Noah’s Ark, ACHERU, AAR, and Dental Formula Power.

Mukono District NGO Forum (MUDINFO) of over 240 member Organizations organized a capacity building program in IT and the effective use of social media platforms in promoting, marketing, Local and International resource mobilization. The event was held at Mukono District MTN ICT Community Center from 28th to 30th March, 2017 . The training aimed at increasing Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)’s online visibility through creating facebook pages and groups, twitter, blogs and free websites thus experiencing online power of networking as well as efficient, effective and professional networking mechanism in promoting service delivery and Integral development.
